Polar Bear Eats is the burger and shake drive-in in Preston, Idaho, a local favorite since the 1950s that has come back under new owners. I’ve shot their social content across a lot of seasons.
What they needed
A longer spot, 50 seconds, to tell the valley that Preston’s drive-in was back and show off the menu and the friendly feel that keep people coming back.
The shoot
We filmed the grill, the burgers, the shakes and the line at the window in their red, white and teal. Because I shoot for them all year, the spot could pull from summer launches and rodeo weekend as well as the shoot day itself.
What happened next
It ran on local TV, and the same footage became highlight reels for the burgers, sides, drinks and ice cream that still run on their feed.
